All orders are shipped by UPS. Your shipping charge will vary depending on the weight of your package. For a price estimate and tracking please visit www.ups.com.
Please review your order for accuracy prior to submitting. If you need to make a change to your shipping address once your order has been processed, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Please allow 4-10 business days for Standard Shipping. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped. Tracking information will be available 24-48 hours after your order has shipped. USPS may leave your package at your house, however, if they are unable to do so they will return the package to your local post office. You will be left a card with instructions on where your package is located and how to collect it.
Expedited Shipping2nd Day Shipping has an additional cost, cost varies on location. Orders will be delivered by 8 PM the second business day.
Expedited Shipping is available to customers in the contiguous United States only (not available in Alaska, Hawaii or internationally) and is not available for Bohemian Harlem items.
Expedited Shipping orders must be placed before 2PM EST to go out the same day. Expedited Shipping orders placed after 2PM on a Friday, or on the weekend will be processed on Monday.
Intercepting/Stop Delivery While In Transit
UNFORTUNATELY We DO NOT control delivery times once a tracking number is sent via email it is now in transit with a postal agency.
Once a tracking number is sent it is in transit. To break this delivery it will be a $16.65 interception fee to stop delivery and a full refund will be sent.
Customers will not be charged IF the shipment was not intercepted. If successfully intercepted, the non-refundable Package Intercept fee is applied to each intercept request.
